Still not the end product, but you can see the changes from the overexposed render I cut short from last time to make the scene a bit more interesting. I tried something new and added some volumetric fog in the background with the intent of adding ripple distortion in post- for some sweltering mirage ripples in the background...

I cut this render short because it was going to be overexposed, and the tiny's hands were too... doll shaped? The final render will have a few more props, and the giant will have some sunnies. I have to finish rendering one more angle and do some comp work on both before I can call it a day on this scene.
