The approach I did was sketch to paint where I sketched and cleaned out the idea. (not too clean, just enough to get the idea to form)

Then I applied color underneath, worked on the colors roughly, then merged all (beidou) to one...

Tried a different approach I don’t do often which is sketch to paint. The process was s usually slower but it’s good to try it when I can.
