[SFM] Glaceon's Park Desperation (V2)

Glaceon was desperately looking for a place to take a dump, but she was in a public park and the bathroom was very far away. She needed to poop really bad.

I decided to update this by adding the new poop model and fixing up Glaceon by giving her physics.
