This morning I was running some errands which were luckily near the sea... So I stopped and visited my beloved! Sea was pretty rough so I played with the waves on the shore, immersing like a seal again and again. Mmmmmm I love water ππ½

Today I went on a hike and at the end I had a dip here; sweet little spot, surprisingly freezing! It was more like my river in early winter. I had forgotten how it was to get red feet!

It seems that the only way I go to the beach in August is if I sleep there and go to the sea early in the morning.
So peaceful and wonderful to witness sunrise (even if I couldn't see sun, because of the cliff)
I woke up super early today. It was nice to start my day doing yoga in the darkness, with a candle and then going for a swim. I feel energised in a gentle way.

Early Monday morning swim ππ½

Can you see the little trout nibbling my feet and legs? I really love this sensation; lucky me it happens everyday. Today I managed to capture a couple of them in action. The water is so clear, it seems there's no water!

Yesterday my MOT mission failed (they couldn't give me an appointment for the day...)..I couldn't say that I drove for nothing because at least it was close to a nudist beach and I managed to go for a great swim. Back home, back to my river. I left on 1st August, and many changes have happened.
I come back inspired, full of love and gratitude, and trust. Also pretty tired... Normal, after such busy and exciting days in the UK.

Today I finally managed to had a swim in wild waters, in the sea, after having been inmersed in a camp running Qigong sessions and attending lots of singing workshops.
What a start of August in the UK, so full, of friendship, song,...
A wonderful dip I had the other day... My consciousness there really shifted, losing track of time, amongst melodies and lyrics that kept coming out... the voice of the stream ππ½β€οΈ

It's taking quite some time for the water to clear up; there has probably been a landslide somewhere upstream!
So refreshing to swim early this morning when air temperatures are comfortable. It's been quite tough in the last few days, with real feel of 40 degrees!
This morning the river was radically changed. So much rain last evening and night rose the level of the water at least 25cm. Beautiful summer storms and gladly received water (I don't need to water the garden!).
I went for a swim before 8am this morning, surprisingly warmer water temperature. Perfect stillness in the hamlet, not a human sound, just water and birds. Perfect start of an interesting week!

Such a good idea to stay overnight by this river that I love... Beautiful morning swim, very sensuous
I couldn't wait to go into the river after a busy day working in two places (lovely drive between them btw, it looked like being in France!).
The river was fresh, the air really warm (around 30 degrees, which feels really hot because it's humid), and playing with the alder's shade was sublime ππ½ then a very very late...
