Today we did one of my favourite short hikes. It's such a beautiful walk that ends in a couple of waterfalls immersed in the forest.
It was wonderful to climb up the mountain feeling different currents of air, sometimes fresh sometimes very warm.
These pictures were taken the other day during one of the hikes, I love them! Really feeling the support from the water to surrender and recharge. I love the mysterious atmosphere too

Yesterday we explored a beautiful area that I was looking forward to visiting. We did a great hike around four lakes and rested by one of them. Paradise. Crystal clear water, amazing temperature, dragonflies, warm wind, peacefulness. Just perfect!

This is one of my favourite local treks. Gorge, forest, river, prairie... it has it all. The dip is also nearly at the top so it's great to cool down after the effort of walking up! I love this place!

I don't know about you, but I'm feeling this full moon very intensely; the energetic field is very dense, plans collapse, emotional instability present in the air... Even one of my cats is completely run down. Hard stuff.

More clarity in the sense of less intrusive thoughts this morning feels like a relief. Coming back from a week long intensive residential was not an easy ride, but feeling the shift now 🙏🏾 clearer mind in a clear river 💚

Yesterday and today I'm enjoying some sunbathing by the river, it feels that this summer I haven't done it a lot yet.
Beginning of autumn in the North and beginning of spring in the South.
Celebrating abundance, harvest, and the sense of flow and ease of having worked hard and now one can harvest what has been sown.
Starting August with tranquility, dropping jobs in order to bring more simplicity and connection with others into my life...
I spent the last week on an intensive residential as part of my training. It was wonderful, but this time it was so busy that I could only dip in the river once! On my way back home yesterday evening I stopped by the sea and went for a revitalising dip 🙏🏾❤️ it reminded me so much of the Welsh coast!

I'm feeling super creative this weekend and I'm loving it. Doing DIY and working with textiles while the sun is too intense, and creative in the garden in the early hours and late evening. Plus a few transitional swims, and naps 🙏🏾 I love it when I can ride the flow like this.

I'm away on a training in a place I hadn't been before. It has a stream so I checked it out before and after the sessions. Not very deep and a bit too warm for the warm temperatures, but it's good to have this opportunity on a training that's not on ecotherapy!

It's incredibly hot and humid these days. So much that I can only be outdoors to be in the water. Grateful to have the river nearby. The water looks so beautiful, clear, and green, and there's lots of blue and green damselflies flying around. Birdsong is pretty spectacular too.
