Made a fair few changes on this one! I couldn't get the surreal vibes to work, so I opened up the panel and made it more of a moment of clarity. I also feel quite clever putting Marnie in Romans shadow for an obvious metaphor hahaha.

It's been a really melancholy time to have a sketchbook for me to be honest- I miss hanging out and everyone getting their sketchbooks out over coffee, and flipping...

I figure Roman admitting that he wants to date Julie is quite world altering, but I'm not 100% on the surreal elements in the background, I'm hoping I can incorporate them into the next page too, and that they'll add to...rather than take away from the moment.
