New Patrons Will be charged Upfront . They will have access to ALL existing content once the payment clears. So Fraudsters don't get access at all.
Existing Patrons will be charged on the first of every month as Usual. And it should work ...

This month there were close to about 25-30 Fraudulent Patrons. Who pledged 3$ and they were fraudulent. So their Payments did not go through. Declined Payments are ok.
