I have included both with and without the tentacle. If you are doing FDM you may want to scale it up so the wings are not to thin, depending on layer height.

I split and keyed this for easy printing.
For FDM use normal supports and print slow. Make sure your supports have supported the teeth.
I am away from my printers so I have only checked this in slicers.
