Second past fill vid.. I have a ton of these.. Again with the machine.. These fills are 3/4/5 minutes.. super quick... It’s not till I get up I can see the difference..

Sometimes I go quiet and the reason is because things can get a little too much sometimes and it’s healthier to step back a bit.. The sheer amount of surgeries I do are intense enough and then can be a ton of craziness going on behind the scenes.. Here I’m going to share a couple of situations to illustrate my point..
