My headcanon for this AU is that Katsuki is the number two/right hand under Izuku, heir to the Yagi family empire. Izuku has always been too kind-hearted for their way of life, so Katsuki will take on the brunt of the dirty work to keep Izuku pure.

Little does he know that Izuku feels the same way about Katsuki. Idiots ...
