Long Colette

Oh... just another Colette sketch. This one pushing stylized anatomy even further than I had been recently. Taking the anatomy book lessons and learning real anatomy again is always good. Then it's up to the artist to push it even further into something cool and original.

I wanted to draw the new Chun-li from Street Fighter 6 but I admit I don't think this drawing came out very good. I'll try again some time but I want to be able to get this sorta extreme foreshortening without having it look stiff or uninteresting someday.

Don't mind me, I realize I'd been kinda taking it "easy" this week. A simple thing to do was to just color this pic while practicing painting. I've been trying to re-energize and I think we're getting there. Just gotta keep at it.

Rough nights

Just sketching and practicing. I got inspired seeing some paintings and there are some new tools in Clip Studio that makes painting feel more fun and natural.
