After multiple failed attempts to fatten up her best friend, Zhi suddenly finds Hiruka with a stuffed gut on her own. Looks like Hiruka is just very embarrassed with being fat or showing that she likes to eat as much as the others. Lets hope Zhi doesn't go too far with her friend.
