Been working on trying to find a way to simplistically animate these little fellas just by using PNGs. Also trying to find shampoo's outfit, can't tell if I like this or if she needs more. Unfortunately all I have is IbisPaint and capcut in terms of animate tools. Does Adobe Animate or Illustrator perform this function?
