Feeling big here, with a pizza stuffing, a boost shake, a fizzy drink chug and even belly noises if you listen - all i couldnt get out was a belch! Typpically, the moent i stopped recording i did two little burpy ones :-( one day ill get a burop on caamera!

Not a fan of ice cream. It’s too cold. But it’s also full of valuable. easy calories !! So i let it melt and chug it at the end of a feast. Maybe 3-4 times a week ! If something doesn’t work for you. Make it work in your own way!
