If you have issues with playing any videos please message me - I am getting occasional messages from my Patreons - some have issues with some videos and others with others - I upload the videos in 2 different ways and depending on if its way 1 or way 2 seems to be the reason why some can and some cant see the different videos...

Min 1500 cals in each shake (300ml of douvle cream {for those not in the UK aka---heavy/whipping cream)...+ 100ml of whole milk to make it more tolerable to chug...not any fancy gainer shake recipe...but it works perfectly...jsut like drinking a glass of regialr milk...cant even taste the cream
