Gaster One Shot

I little idea I had. Gaster experimenting on the skele-bros is not a new idea by far, but I usually see him depicted as evil or cruel. But what if he wasn't? Few people if any in the undertale world are truly evil,it would make sense to me that Gaster wasn't evil either.
