I said in the comments that I'd draw some scenes where Chloe is assigned to a work program as part of her prison sentence. Her work will involve her dressing as a maid. Of course she is still a dangerous criminal, so she needs to keep large areas of her body exposed to ensure she is not concealing dangerous objects.
